Pancare Unlocked Over $1M in VBC Earnings Potential with Syntax

Pancare, a community-based health center in Northwest Florida, was active in three value-based care contracts but lacked clarity on how to earn incentives or where to focus resources.


We analyzed their Medicare, Medicaid, and regional commercial contracts and uncovered over $1 million in potential earnings, including $70,000 in missed incentives. Our modeling revealed how contract design was limiting shared savings and helped Pancare redirect clinical and operational effort toward higher-value opportunities.
